Upcoming Oil & Acrylic Painting Workshops in New Mexico for 2010

STARLIGHT RANCH

Artist Retreat & Workshops Come paint in a beautiful ranch setting with inspirational teachers, small classes, and lots of demonstrations and personal attention!

Figurative Landscapes (oil) with Carolyn Lindsey Aug 27-29 (plan to paint a lot -- plein air garden and ranch scenes).

Strategies for Landscape Painting with David Schwindt Sept 24-26

(& possibly another Practical Color Mixing Course as we're getting requests to hold just prior to the landscape class).

Plein Air Landscape in Pastel with Lee McVey PSA, Oct 1-3

“MAGIC IN THE LIGHT” ANGUS MACPHERSON

Taos, NM Acrylic Painting Workshop Four beautiful days at the Sagebrush Inn (Wednesday morning Sept 22 thru Saturday evening September 25, 2010). Macpherson will discuss and demonstrate ideas distilled from 30 years as an artist while you paint in the hotel where O’Keeffe once lived, and in the valley that inspired many of the greats.

Workshop cost is $395 plus tax (10% reduction when full payment is received by July 4^th). Make your reservation at the Sagebrush Inn (1-800-428-3626) and get their excellent rates by saying “Angus Macpherson Art Workshop” ~ from $69 per night plus tax for double occupancy. Rates include a full breakfast each morning. Also, we will have a celebratory dinner at the hotel on Saturday evening for $25 per person.
